Flow not triggering inside solution

Hi Folks,

I have few flows inside my solution. 
Trigger point for the flow is ‘ Sharepoint item created or modified’  .Surprisingly no flow is triggering when item is created or modified. But if we make new instance of flow (copy the flow ) it works fine . 
Please help.

Hi @Meshare 

Can you check if the flows are Turned Off? If so turn them on. And if they are on, can you check the connections on the flows? Maybe they are not referenced properly and hence the flows are not triggering.

@yashag2255 ,Flows are turned on and connections are properly referenced but don’t know the reason why flows are not triggering. 
When we take new instance of the flow outside the solution it triggers properly.
