Flow on Emails

Looking to see if what's in my mind is even possible. We have emails that are getting sent to queue and for some reason not all are being converted into cases. Is it possible to take those emails and grab the queue it was sent to and generate a case from it? There will be times that the email is sent to more than one queue.

It's possible to run a flow every time an email is received, the rest depends on how you generate a case. How do you currently do that manually?

we have automatic record creation rules on for emails received into the queue but some get through without being converted and was seeing if this would be a reliable solution.
