Flow runs correctly but create item does not work

Hi,

I have a flow that triggers when a Form is submitted. 

The flow should create an item in a SharePoint list. The flow runs successfully but no new item is created. The flow has worked previously.

Where should I be looking to find out why it is not working?

The first thing to do is to take a look at the output of the trigger and each action in a run.  That should tell you why the item was not created.

thanks for your help. The outputs in the get response details is all the data submitted via the form so that part has worked but it has not created the item in the list despite saying the flow has run successfully.

I have discovered the problem.

One field in the form is a look up to another SharePoint list. When I entered a name that was not on that look up list then the form failed. Unfortunately the error message did not say why it had failed.

I have now added the name and the form works again.

In my case I have a flow which gets executed when a new item is created and the item gets updated In sharepoint list with specific Project Type(Dev, Testing, Maintenance, CSS). For all the other project type its getting updated except CSS. My flow is running successfully but Item is not getting updated.
