Flow runs in D365 development environment

I'm trying to figure out Flow runs and how they're counted in my D365 environments. Do we get dinged a "run" if we are testing Flows in a development environment? It's not clear from the main Flow pricing and licensing page.

Hi @saturation 

All Flow runs across environment are counted towards the tenant flow pool

However, test runs are not counted

You can go to the admin center for Flow and check the number of flow runs your tenant has consumed for the month across all environments

Please note there are licensing changes coming Oct 1 for Flow which will no longed have any tenant pool but daily limits for users with capacity add ons
