Hi - I've created a flow that sends a message to a shared mail box when a form is edited. All of the messages are showing as sent by me. Is there anyway to change that or am I just stuck with that since I "own" the flow?
Try using a Send an email notification action (green envelope icon) rather than a send email action. The email will show as being sent from "PowerApps or Flow".
Another option is use a "service account" and create a connection with that account. Then use that connection when sending email
@ScottShearer - thank you. Unfortunately, I don't I'll be able to use the send email notification option. I tried it but get a warning that it's a connector that is in conflict with company policy.
Not sure how I'd go about setting up a service account. We may just have to live with it.
