Flow stops at 100 items

Hi guys,

I've created some Flows recently and if I am working through adding say 100+ items to a list or adding 100+ members to an office 365 group, my flow just cuts out around the 100 mark. Why is this?

By default, get items only returns 100 items.  To retrieve more, go to the Get Items settings and turn on pagination.  Then enter a number up to 5000 in the threshold.  If you have a premium license, you can set it well above 5000.  See my screen shot below.

Do developers at MS have any idea on how much work and costs they create all around the world by changing settings without asking/informing/warning their customers?

The item limit is not stated anywhere, by default all items are retrieved (that is stated in the action "Get Items"@SharePoint ) and on my flows the "100" limit just recently kicked in, as if MS has switched a setting without notice.

It also affects the reputation of customer developers in their company, as it makes you look really stupid!

I set pagination "on" and threshold to 50.000, should be good for 10 years, but it is really annoying to have to do this in any "Get Items" action, as it is sooo needless and a bug!!!

@ScottShearer I seem to have the same issue as above, however, my flow does not contain a 'Get Items'.  I am extracting data from 'iAuditor' and adding a row to a Smartsheet.  I KNOW there are 149 items in iAuditor, however, my flow is only adding 100 rows to the Smartsheet.

I don't know where/how to get to the 'pagination' settings.  Any thoughts?
