Hi all,
I'm building a form in Power Apps for my company. I would like to use a flow for when a field in the form is set to 'NO', it triggers the flow to open the FreshService website and create a ticket with the filled fields from the Power Apps form, filling the ticket's fields in FreshService.
Is this achievable? If so, how?

In the above snap the shared it shows the plans as well
like Starter,growth, Pro, Enterprise which has a tap limit on number of requests you make per miute

Assuming you're saving the form data in SharePoint or datasource where Flow can access the data.
You can definitely achieve this using Power Automate desktop and pass the data to Power Autoamte desktop and run desktop flow in attended mode
Cloud Flow
And in Power Automate Desktop we can read the variable passed from the cloud flow into desktop flow

Just explored a bit and came to know freshservice also has API support as well.
FYR: https://api.freshservice.com/ they've APIs exposed
