Flow to populate SPO list Person type column

I am creating a flow and want to auto-populate Reviewers column with Reviewers (users' email addresses) that user enters when they manually start the flow.  This works when a user enter 1 reviewer, but this fails with the below error message if a user enters multiple reviewers.  Any idea how to get this column populated with multi reviewers?

The field you're trying to insert expects one entry (email) at a time. You can do it dynamically, but you need to format the date as follows:

    "Claims": "email 1"
    "Claims": "email 2"


Here's the view when you fill in manually.
