I have a Flow that should be triggered every time a response is sumbitted in Microsoft Forms. The flow sends an email of the form responses via the 'Send an Email Notification' function.
Everything works as expected, except the flow will not run until the flow has been edited in some way and saved. If a Forms response is submitted, flow doesn't do anything until the flow has been changed. Flow doesn't even show as running or having recieved a trigger until the flow has been edited.
Does anyone know what could be causing this, or if there is a workaround I could use?

So it turns out it just takes a while ~1/2 an hour for the trigger to fire.
Hi @nmb5564 if you can, could you post a screenshot of your flow so we can have a look and see what might be (or not) happening.

Here is a screenshot of my flow:

After the trigger you a need a "Get response details"action.

When I add a 'Get Response', I'm not getting an option for a dynamic content option for the Response ID field.
