Format HTML Table and dates

I've tried many different avenues to get my HTML table centered and formatted nicely but nothing is working so I need a little help.

I have created a flow to grab only today's dated items from a sharepoint list from the 'created' column . Then the flow puts the information in an HTML table and creates an HTML file. I'm going to be working on converting that HTML file to a PDF and then emailing it but I'm still working on that part.

The issues I need help with are as follows:

1. The table needs to be centered on the page

2. The checkin/checkout dates need to be MM/dd/yyyy

The expressions in the flow are as follows:

Sharepoint Get Items

Create HTML table
convertTimeZone(item()?['Created'],'Pacific Standard Time','Central Standard Time','t')

replace(body('Create_HTML_table'),'<table>','<table border="1">')

Create file

I have tried a lot of different formulas and cannot get it to work. Please help!
