Formatting a URL as a hyperlink in a Teams notification created from a Flow

I have a flow that is supposed to create a Teams notification with a link to the PowerApp (model-driven and/or canvas). The problem is the URL isnt presented as a hyperlink, just as text so the users are supposed to copy and paste it in a browser to open the app, which is a pain. Is there any way to format the URL as a hyperlink within the Teams notification using Flow?

At present, the action supported by Flow in Teams to send messages to specified users is only Post a message as the Flow bot to a user, but unfortunately, HTML tags are not supported to modify the content in the message, so the link cannot be created.

Have you tried building the HTML that sends the information back to Teams?

 

Something like this:

Hi Manuel,

Thanks a lot for your reply. Just a couple of points:
1. We are not posting this notification to a Teams channel, instead to specific individual users e.g. the user that created the case or the user who's queue the case is in.
2. The URL isn't constant. In other words, it's not a hard coded URL. The URL is to take the user to the specific case in the model-driven app, about which the notification is for.
