At present, the action supported by Flow in Teams to send messages to specified users is only Post a message as the Flow bot to a user, but unfortunately, HTML tags are not supported to modify the content in the message, so the link cannot be created.

Have you tried building the HTML that sends the information back to Teams?

hi, i'm having the same issue. does anyone know if there has been a resolution yet?
I got this working using the below format:
[Hyperlink Name](https://url)
i.e.[Google](https://www.google.co.za)
It is not working..
How did you get this to work? Did you enter it in as a function? Cuz I just tried both a function and plain text and neither worked.
