Forms and Excel WorkFlow

Hello Everyone,

Thanks in advance for any help you all can provide. This is my first time posting. I know usually people post some work they have already done and are just looking for help on it. I've made flows in the past but this one is unique and timeliness is a factor here, So I don't have time to fiddle around until I get it right. I am inheriting a new process at work and I'm trying to make tools to manage it without killing my current workload. So sorry If I'm coming with nothing here. 

Basically: 

I have a form that has about 26 sections

The first section is the standard job info and the subsequent sections are the parts of the job which can range anywhere from 1-25. It all depends on what the client sends in. Basically, in the direct mail industry, there are jobs then those jobs can be broken up into multiple packages. 

So think

Job 12345 Pkg A

Job 12345 Pkg B

ETC

So there are two things I'm trying to accomplish:

1. I would like to add rows based on the sections in the form that the user HAS filled. 

Basically, after filling out the job info in the first section the user is taken to the second section: first package(all jobs basically have one package) then at the end of the second section, they have to choose if there is another package. So on and so on until all possible packages have been logged.

Forms currently logs each response as one long row: 

Section 1 Info, Package 1 Info, Package 2 Info, Package 3 Info Etc

What I would like to see is:

Section 1 Job Info, Section 2 Package A Info

Section 1Job Info, Section 3 Package B Info

(Yes, I need the section 1 info to be repeated on each row)

This would just make it easier to manage the spreadsheet as the job spreadsheet and not just as a place we copy and paste info form. 

2. Actual responses emailed to our third-party shipper

Next, I would like to send an email to our third-party shipper that bundles up just what users actually filled out. I don't want to send them the empty sections of the forms.

@JoseGio I am assuming you are using MS Forms

Thanks this really pointed me in the right direction then the Youtube algorithm finished the journey. I'm pretty much down with this. Quick question though when it comes to Automate is it better to create conditions with in conditions or lay them all out separately one by one.

Also is there a limit on how many conditions a flow can have? I need like 26 or so.

Well, I found the answer. You are only allowed 8 nesting actions. So I had to redo all of them as their own conditions.
