Gateway not available to Automate

Hi, I want to create a SQL Server connection to an on prem server.
The gateway I use is not visible. I click on the Add Gateway button, Install a brand new gateway on my machine.
The gateway is up and running but it is still not visible in Power Automate.

Does anyone know what I should do to get this to work? Thanks.

Fixed!

Microsoft support instructed me to install a new gateway in a different region and it worked.

My stuff is in US WEST2 and the new gateway is in North Central US.
I can use it for all my environments.

Hi @pcand1001 ,

Could you please share a screenshot when the gateway is not visible in Power Automate?

Best regards,

Hello,

I am still unable to use an on prem gateway. We have subscription PowerApps Plan 2 so it should be available right?

Can anyone point me to the right directions on how to fix this issue?

It is is all in Region US WEST2 and it is under the default environment.

The on prem gateway is ready but not available in Power Automate

Thanks
