General "Modified By" question

Hello,

There is a custom form being used and edited by "Dirk." He changes one of the drop-down lists to "Yes" or "No" and saves it. In my flow, this then triggers an Update Item action. However, in looking at the flow run itself, it's showing the Modified By values as myself, mcastorena, instead of Dirk:

My name is the connection being used for this part of the flow - is that why? I am expecting the Modified By values to be Dirk.

Hi

When you modify items in sharepoint via PA flow, the connector credentials are the ones used for the modification. So if the credentials are yours, you will be the one Sharepoint will identify as the user who modified the item.

It happens the same when creating, deleting etc.
