Hi All,
I am listening to a FLOW Conference right now and they highlighted a new template "Get list of new PowerApps, FLOWS, and Connectors"
I tried to create one, but the FLOW will not create due to Office 365 Outlook "Invalid connection". After i go thru trying to connect, I get broken connectors in the FLOW manager. I can fix those Outlook 365 connectors with no issue.
Does anyone know why I can create a connector to O365 Oulook, but the Get list template errors on the same? Do I need global Admin rights to use this template?
TIA,
Joe
Hi @jaylou,
I afraid that the issue is caused by token lifetime.
More details about the token lifetime, please check the following document:

Hi @v-yuazh-msft,
I am not understanding.
I have no problem access O365 Outlook from any of my PCs. (Real or Virtual)
I have no problem creating FLOWs to send emails using my O365 Outlook account.
This is the only FLOW template I can't connect to.
What's different about this O365 connector than any other O365 connectors I am currently using?
Thanks,
Joe
hi @v-yuazh-msft,
Today i tried again and the connection to outlook was fine. I guess my token is good for now? 🙂
I left the template using the defaults and when I saved the FLOW it did not error and saved OK. (or so I thought :))
I ran the FOW and it errored on the "Get Environments" Step, with
"The user with object identifier '1a7cb07f-3993-4bb0-b245-c26c1cb9ed7e' in tenant 'b9f7db39-6fdb-4e39-a879-32661fdf1702' does not have an entitlement to use PowerApps."
I have created PowerApps and I can access them and use them with no issues.
Is there any documentation for this FLOW?
Can you please tell me what rights I need to run this FLOW?
Thanks again,
Joe
