Get User Profile(v2) - User Not Found

Hi all. I have a SharePoint list that stores a person's name only, not the email. However, the persons name is associated with 365Users Profile. 

When user submitted a form, this flow will run to get the user's email based on the name. For that, I use flow like this:

However, it could not find the user and cannot get the email. How do I solve this? This is very urgent I hope someone can reply asap! Thank you so much
