I have a shared mailbox, which I have full access. I have the connector setup with the correct 365 user, but Automate cannot access the mailbox. Any ideas?

I had a bit of a look around and it appears sometimes it may take up to a day/24 hours to get it working.
Alternatively, I found these two threads here and which contains some recommended troubleshooting from MS to assist you.
