Giving numerical value to Microsoft Forms response

Hi all,

Currently working on a process which will give a numerical value to specific responses from a Form.

The Form will be setup with several Choice question types.

Then at the end of the process, it'll work out the overall total and if this is below X, actions will follow kind of thing.

Worked within Power Automate more so in the last few months, but little experience when it comes to expressions etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @MarkCathro98

Could you please explain bit more about your requirement? An example of the forms. What's the calculation you are looking to do etc.

Thanks

Hi there,

I am interested in this as well on a form I am creating to measure Risk. For example I might ask a load of questions regarding the data that is being held and trying to find a way for the responses to be scored.

So for example:

Question 1:

Do you systems hold personal data?

- Yes

- No

(Yes would be 3 points of risk)

(No would be 0 points of risk)

I want the output to then accumulate these scores at the end and give a red amber green response based on some formula.

The issue I'm having is the flow that would generate this output.

Any help would be massively appreciated.
