Google Calendar synced to outlook calendar not automatically syncing

I have a flow created to add an event to my outlook calendar with one is created in my gmail.  It worked for the first few days, but I'm not seeing my new calendar items show up until I force a test.  Why aren't my new events automatically getting synced?

Do you mean that Flow is not triggered? Or Flow is triggered, but did not see the expected events in the Outlook calendar?

I tested it on my side and this trigger works fine.

If Flow is not triggered, please try removing the trigger and reconfiguring the trigger.
