GraphLookUpRequestFailedError

Hello,

I wanted to automate the approval process, and it works fine till the end, when i should get the info if it's approved or not via Teams or email. I always get this error message : GraphLookUpRequestFailedError, and it doesn't matter if it's approved or not, same message.
