Grouping or organizing actions in a Flow

It would be great to be able to organize my flow or group like actions.  For example, I often use a lot of variables to make it easier to deploy my Flow from the development site to production site.  Instead of having to scroll to the bottom of the varible list, it would be nice to have a grouping action that allow us to group all of those actions together and then we can collapse them in the user interface.

You can group actions using Cotrol action with a Scope control. However you can't use it for variable initializations.

OMG - I can't believe that this crucial functionality has not yet (as of oct-2021) been implemented. Other RPA-platforms have this built-in from the start...
