HTTP Action - OAuth Authentication

I'm trying to use the HTTP Action with OAuth Authentication to call one of my APIs.

It looks like the Azure AD OAuth is bound to a specific version of OAuth and that it is limited. For example, I cannot specify "resource" in my OAuth token request, I have to use "audience".

Am I missing something here? Because my workaround is to do an HTTP action to manually call my OAuth 2.0 endpoint to first get my access token, put it in a variable and then call my API with my token by specifying it in the HTTP Headers. It's a dirty workaround IMHO.

Any other idea?
