Halting a Flow after it's updated a field

Afternoon

I have a requirement to add the date and time to a free text field when something's been added. I've created an Automated Flow which triggers when an item is created or modified. I have an Update item action and in the free text field I have that fields input from the Dynamic Content and I've added an expression for the Date and Time.

Works like a dream...except...the flow keeps adding addition Dates and Time lines. I only want it to add one per comment not multiple time stamps. How can I stop the Flow?
