I want to fix the "message": "Out of call volume quota." of 'Text Analytics' Services 'Key Phrases' Action.

My flow use to analysis tweets of Twitter's specific hashtag.
In This morning I build the flow, and work fine in few hours for few handreads tweets.
Now, all flow became Failed
Question 1. How can I fix this message of action ?
Question 2. How quota are there in 'Key Phrases' action ?
Question 3. How can I view the usesd for the quota ?

The error message should mean you have run out of the calls for Text Analytics API.
You may need to upgrade your Subscriptions for the Related API to increase the Call limits, please check the API documentation:
