How can I open the Outlook event screen in powerapps?

Hello to everyone,
I am trying to open an outlook window in Powerapps as in the attached image. I choose the mails from within powerapps.
I thought the create event(V4) action might help for this, but when I tried it, I saw that it only sent the invitation to emails. Is there a way to open an automatic window like the one below?T

Everything is done via APIs so will be done in the back end programmatically based on the parameters you pass in.
