How do I create a flow to copy a flow from one environment to another ?

Hi

I need a flow to copy another from from the Default Environment to another named environment inside the same tenancy.

I cannot find anything on this.  The flow to be copied uses standard connectors, which I need to work without any manual intervention on the target environment.
