I've built my first flow and it works beautifully. The purpose of this bad boy is to request approval that an asset has been transferred from one manager (who's giving the asset) to the second manager (the one receiving the asset) then to send an email to finance letting them know the approval happened.
We're ready to implement this across the company, but there's one more thing that needs to happen first.
For every asset transfer, our finance team has to keep a paper record of the transfer on file for a number of years.
What action in Flows would create a form with the asset information (from the word document included in the flow) and a record of the approval happening with each of the specified managers?
