How do you to associate Buttons/Labels to UPDATING items in the SharePoint list

Im trying to have buttons on Powerapps disabled until an attachment uploaded by a user is recognised  in the sharepoint list. Im facing diffculties with associating said buttons to the appropriate list item as it is created to then, test against. This is to, basically, ensure that the file is fully uploaded and prevent the user from exiting the browser before it has successfully submitted to the sharepoint (is this a thing?). My main problem is that i have complications with missing file attachment files (some approaching the max allowed 10MB mark). I've, intuitavly, pin pointing it to incosistent uploading over different internet connections through trial and error.

Summary of what im doing;

At the moment, im using flows to generate a boolean value to indicate whether an item in the SP list has an attachment or not with a Yes/No value, to then allow powerapps to indicate whether that newly submitted list item will  Disable or Enable the button based on the associated (un-associated) attachment.

To make the button only visible if the item is uploaded successfully, you can set the "Visible" property of your button to specific configuration.

As mentioned in your post, are you returning Yes/No value as a response to PowerApps? If Yes, you can execute the function to trigger flow as:

Collect(FlowExecution, PowerAppsButton2.Run())

Now, on the visible property you can fetch the returned output as:

If(FlowExecution.VariableName = "Yes",true.false)

If this differs from what you are asking for, please share a screenshot of your flow, so that we may assist you better.

Hope this Helps!
