How to Sort SharePoint List Items into Groups Based on Data

Hi everyone,

I'm creating a SharePoint list to be used as a sort of document database, it'll contain a list of documents, their creation dates, review dates, person to review them, etc.

Would it be possible to create a flow to review these documents monthly that will find documents that expire in that month and sort them into groups based on the person listed to review them? If so, would it also be possible to email these people lists of the documents they need to review and their review dates?
