How to add a percentage value column from a text column



I am trying to get a MS form result sent to a SP list to display a percentage value (column 1) based on the what is in the text column (column 2). I want to figure out the average percentage of each, so for example:


Very Confident = 100%

Confident = 80%

Unsure = 60%

Low Confidence = 40%

Very Low Confidence = 20% 

(Not sure if those are the correct values or not)


If there were 2 x results in column 2 and 1 x said Confident, the other said Unsure - I'd like column 1 to calculate the percentage value of both of those, like the below picture (these percentages have been manually entered): 


Is there a calculated formula or a flow I can set up to achieve this?
