How to add owners list dynamically in the To line to get outlook emails

Hi all,

Created a flow and added 3 to 4 members as owners. All members need to get an outlook email whenever particular action triggered. How to add owners list in the To line to get outlook emails. It's not simply hardcoding the email Ids, we need to capture the owners list dynamically.

Thank you for your help in advance,

Anusha

Re: How to add owners list dynamically in the To line to get outlook emails

Hi @AnuT

You simply can create an Owners list with column people picker or Simple text which contains the email address of the user whom we want to set.

than after you'll just have to get items Action for that Owners list and set that List Values of people picker or Email text into the "Send an Email"  TO: Field.

Hope it would help you.

Thanks and Regards

Re: How to add owners list dynamically in the To line to get outlook emails

@AnuT:

Here is an example of a Flow using  a separate list that stores approvers names in a person or group column.  In the approvers list, there is one row of data for each approver.
When the Flow starts, I use get items to retrieve all rows from the approvers list. Then I append each approvers email followed by a semicolon (;) to string variable.  When I send the email, I use the variable for the addresses.

Hi @AnuT,

1. Create a sharepoint group and add all users in it.

2. https://blog.portiva.nl/2018/06/05/microsoft-flow-perform-actions-on-users-in-a-sharepoint-group-usi...

See steps in link above  and get users from sharepoint group, its pretty simple and nicely given

3.  Its tried and tested and workd fine.

4. Say Thanks to Rik de Koning the owner of link in step 2.

Regards,

Chandrashekhar,
