Hello all
So my flow is very complex and contains 5 approval levels. Most of the time if an item is stuck on any approval level for more than 30 days then the entire flow will time out.
I have read on the internet that the way to overcome this limit is to modify your flow so that it could perform some action (like a reminder or something). Each action will extend the flow time by 30 days. Is it true?
Best Regards

I couldn't understand what was explained in the article. I'm a beginner.
Hi again!
Let's try another approach... but please note all workarounds I can think of are complex, so I am pesimistic.
If you have 5 approval levels I assume you have 5 sequential Approval processes, right?
Did you consider the option to implement 5 nested flows, one per approval? So first flow takes care of first approval, once its first approval is completed, it will trigger a second flow in charge of the second approval, and so on.
Nested flows described here, please note the functionality is premium
