Hello everyone,

Is there any way to convert a CSV file to Excel format using Microsoft flow?

Thank you.

Hi @Ancy,

I have made a test on my side and couldn't find anyway to convert a CSV file to a Excel file in microsoft flow currently.

I afraid that to convert a CSV file to a Excel file is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

If you would like to convert a CSV file to a Excel file with microsoft flow, then please consider submit this as an idea in the flow idea forum:

Best regards,

Alice

You can use Parse CSV action from Plumsail Documents connector. It allows you to convert CSV into an array and variables for each column. Please read this article demonstrating how it works.

In your case you will need to parse your CSV into an array using this action, then you can use Create XLSX document from template action from the same connector to generate an XLSX file. Please read this article describing how to work with XLSX templates.
