How to create one approval request for multiple Sharepoint Documents

I have a sharepoint site in which there are a number of documents tied to a department that may be required to be approved at the same time.  I have my first flow that evaluates the documents that have Require Review = Yes and Review Date = Today, it then sets Start Review to Yes.

I think have a second flow that uses Sharepoint "Get changes for an item or a file (properties only)".  It only looks for items that have the Start Review = Yes.  I want to be able to send one approval workflow to the list of approvers to include all of the items that need to be reviewed today.  They should be able to approve or reject each item individually.  I also want to send an email reminder X days after the approval request is sent to remind them of the approval, it would be great if there is a way to add the link to the approval request so they can click on that to be taken to the request, instead of having to search through their approvals.

Can someone help me with this?
