How to filter on apply to each?

Hi all,

I have made a flow with the option Get files (properties) and in the next stage, apply to each. I see that my flow has worked fine but how can find which value has run? In my apply to each are nog around 1800 values, i only want to see the results if the condition is true. Is there a way to check this quickly? After the run i can open the flow and the apply to each but i dont want to click 1800 times 🙂

Re: How to filter on apply to each?

Hi @Anonymous

Currently there is no direct way that enables you to check the iterations that have add the true value and yes branch/ no branch that was followed.

One thing you can try is, initialize and array variable and then in the iterations, populate this array with all the values that you might want to check. At the end, you can create an HTML table with this and check all the data in one go in the hTML table.

Here, I am getting the file name with extension for all the yes branch only. Makes sense?

Hope this Helps!

Re: How to filter on apply to each?

Hi @Anonymous,

You can consider creating an additional column to record the status of the Flow runs.

-If the condition met, use the Update file properties action to set the column as true.

Then you can check the run results in the SharePoint file properties of the list.
