How to filter result of "GET ITEMS" ??

I have a flow that brings the elements of a list to get the user's mail, but the result brings a lot of information and I don't know how to manipulate it.
Can somebody help me?

How can I put the elements of the mail in a variable or in an array?

You can use a Select action to just keep the Created By (or Modified By) field from your list. See pic below and the Email one.
