How to find out what is causing a field to change?

I am getting unexpected behaviour and would appreciate some help working out what's causing it.


When colleagues enter data into the dataverse sometimes a particular field defaults to true and sometimes to false even though they are not manually changing this field. I presume it is the result of automations that have been setup (most likely by me at some point, though I can't think of any reason why I would have automated this), I can't work out what.

I have looked at all workflows and modern flows that are listed in the field dependencies that I can see, and nothing appears to change the field in question.

Is that a way to see all changes on a record since it was created? And what cause the change?
