How to get a list of all users using Power Automate in our SharePoint Online tenant?

Is there any PowerShell or other way to get a list of all users using Power Automate in our SharePoint Online tenant?
(If the list can contain the URLs where that is being used, it will be great!)

I would have a look at the Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit. That solution has some great Power BI reports to keep track of who is using what and other type of activities of the Power Platform.
