How to get multiple item in SP List ans send it via single email

Hi All..

I'm new to this power automate, and i need to create one.

So, i need to create power automate similar to this post, but slightly different. So, i create a new thread.

I need to create power automate like this:

1. SP List create/modify items

2. Get that items (that has been created/modified) --> This is multiple items based on Employee ID. Please see below image.
grab sp list 1.png

I want to get all the voucher code based on the employee ID

3. And sent an email contain all the voucher related to the Employee ID.

Please help me understand the power automate better and solved my problem.

Thanks,

Regards.

Use the trigger when item updated/created as you have specified. I assume they enter employee ID there.

Then use Get Items action and use ODATA query i.e. EmployeeID eq 'DYNAMICEMPLOYEEIDFROMTRIGGER' and this will return your voucher codes.

You can then parse these how you want and send the email, Make sure to add them to some kind of table first or you will get a loop and a email for each item.

add the action called Get Items it is a SharePOint Action.

Configure it to your site and then your list.

There is a section for odata query, you enter what i have given you replacing the upper case text by inserting dynamic content that will popup in a panel to the right
