Hi raneesh_mr

This should get you what you need:

I created a sharepoint list similar to yours

CraigStewart_3-1652016810988.png

Then in my flow I Get items from sharepoint list

From here I select the column Created By then use

union(body('Select_Item'),body('Select_Item'))

To strip out the duplicates

SP items to List 2.PNG

Select Items initiall returns:

Union will give us a unique name

In the Apply to each we use the output from Unique Names

outputs('Unique_Names') and filter Created By equals Current Item from Apply to each.

From there we count using length(body('Filter_array_by_name'))

Then write that back to Excel

To update the list going forward once you've got your initial file created I added 'update a row'  above the add row into table and set the final item to run on failure. That way when there is a new name on your list it will now be added to the excel table.
