How to know if an email has been replied to

Hi All,

Background: A user usually flags an email in the desktop client to keep track but then if there is no reply back from the othere party he/she needs to follow up on that. I am trying to automate that.


Requirement: When an email is flagged , it should wait for 4 days and then check if there is a reply to the email and if no it should send an email to the client again as a reminder.
