How to make a loop asking for questions back?

Hi,

i build a flow where a employee can upload a document through a form and its go to his superior. His superior then approves or rejects the file and the employee will be informed by email. Its a approval pending flow.

Up to here everything works great.

That what i want:

1. The superior can say "reject" and ask questions about the uploaded document.

2. Then the employee can say "approve" and answer the questions.

3. If the superior doesn't agree again, the process continues indefinitely.

4. Until the superior say "approve" or the employee say "reject" and dont answer the questions. -> The loop ends.

Summarized:

Superior says no+HereIsWhy --> employee says yes+HereIsWhatYouWant --> Superior MAYBE says yes or ask another question --> Till superior say yes OR employee say no

The problem:

This loop is really hard to make and seems impossible to make. My Brain is hurting.
