I see there is a 'copy file' action in SharePoint to use, however I do not understand where to get the 'path to file source'?

Do you want to copy all files from folderA to folderB or copy the file to folderB when a file is created in folderA?
If you want to copy the file to folderB when a file is created in folderA, you could create a flow as screenshots below:
You could choose the “File path” dynamic content of the trigger in the “Soulrce File Path” field, and you could refer to my screenshots to fill in the “DestinationFile Path” field.
The flow would run successfully as below:
You could also use action “create file” of “Sharepoint” Connector to create a flow as below:
You could select the file path in the “Folder Path” field, choose the “File name” and “File Content” dynamic content of the trigger in the input field.
The flow would run successfully as below to copy the file to FolderB:
