How to prevent email footer with a number of images being passed into a planner task

 Hi, I would like the email footers of images and hyperlinks to not be passed into a planner task.

I have used actions that only pass the first email and not the whole email thread using the below, and I feel this would be used similarly by trying to find the tag of the footer.

indexOf(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],'<div style="border:none; border top:solid #E1E1E1 1.0pt; padding:3.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm">')

Check the Outputs of the Email body in the flow Run History.

Following formula to get the index of the HTML tag which you want to exclude:

indexOf(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'], '<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt; font-family:&quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif; color:#AEAAAA">')

Then, use Substring function to remove the content.

Add the remaining body content to the planner task by converting it into Plain Text.

I hope this will help you.

Hu @rsaikrishna There is one more option that needs to be considered within my flow.

Some emails don't have a footer or the line break, but they have the words  '-----Original Appointment-----'.

How would I consider this?
