How to send image in Send email with option with Modern adaptive card ?

Hi Im triying to figure out how can we send the PDF as image or just and Image using flow to user in email with option yes and no. 


I know we have the ability to use the body as HTML content, but my cocern is can we send the image in the in built new mordern adaptive card? 


I tried to convert in string and see if the card reads the property or not. but it shows the text as out up in email. 

Is there any way we can do this if yes, how ? any idea experts?
