How to sent email to approver using form

When I type the name of the staff on Microsoft Form, I want to send an approving email to that staff following my flow.

How to set up the flow? I am very new to MS. Flow.

Such as in my Form ---->>> Staff: MR. A             [Choise]

                                                        MR. B             [Choise]

so now In approving process, I assign to Staff Field in Form but there isn't any email address at this field. Is it possible to set up the email for people when someone selects the name of staff on MS. Form.

Thanks a lot, everyone

Re: How to sent email to approver using form

Hi @saranp780

Please see the screenshots below:

In my form, i have a To field that is a option set (choice field) that has the names of the employees. In my flow, I am checking for that user in the Office 365 search users action and getting the detail from there. I am then passing the email address of thos user in a variable (you can create your approval actions here on)

Hope this Helps!
