How to share the cloud flow with only run permissions?

I have created a cloud flow that utilizes 2 connections - Outlook 365 and Microsoft teams. I want to share the flow with my team members with run only permissions and they should be able to use their account for outlook and teams in cloud flow.

According to  Learn how to share a cloud flow with other users - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs   we can add run only users but I don't see any such option under Power Automate -> My Flows. Please guide for the same.

Hi @guptalakshay ,

What trigger are you using?

I think "Manage Run-Only User" only support flows with "Manually trigger a flow" or "For a selected item" type triggers.

Hi @eric-cheng

Trigger is - " When event is created (V3)"

Hi @guptalakshay ,

This would be the reason then.

Hi @eric-cheng

Manual trigger means flow is not automated. Then how can we automate flow and share with other team members ?

If I want the flow to run for the members the flow is shared with and connect to their Outlook or teams, how can I achieve it ?

Hi @guptalakshay ,

Could you have two versions of the same flow to solve this. First one uses a scheduled trigger which is what you already have, and the second one is identical to the first flow except it has a manual trigger which means you can assign run only permissions to users. That way, the first flow will run as per your schedule and the second one only when triggered. Would that work?

Hi @Nick1 ,

No, it is not what I want. I want the process to run in background always and not controlled by users.
