Re: How to solve duplicate items created in azure devops when an sharepoint item is upadated?

Hi @Tejaswini1234

In the flow, do you want to create a work item only when an item is created in sharepoint or also when it is modified?

If it is just when a new item is created in sharepoint, you should use the trigger when an item is created. The when an item is created/modified will trigger as and when there is some update/ modification in the sharepoint list and as you have the update item action in the flow, it will become an infinite loop. You can add an action to get a list of work items from azure devops and add a filter query to check if the title is same and if so, ignore or else create the work item.

Hope this Helps!
