How to update a record that has related fields from another table on Common Data Service using flow

I need to know how to update a record that has a field related to another table.

Here for example I'm assigning the name of the state that already exists in the other table but is does not work.

It gives me an error: Resoruce not found for the segment 'En Seguimiento'
